Ordered swimwear, received the wrong items

I ordered four pairs of swimwear, and two of the one-piece suits were completely different from the pictures. They arrived three weeks late, and the wrong items were sent. I ordered a romper suit and one-piece, but they sent me the romper suits along with one swimwear bra. They included other items without consulting me. If they don't have the items, they should ask customers to choose alternatives instead of changing orders without permission. It has been frustrating trying to communicate with them. They don't respond to emails, and weeks later, there was no apology for the wrong order. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and insist that I pay for shipping if I want to exchange items, as well as cover return shipping fees for their errors. They claim they can only refund 10% of the total amount but never follow through. They have blocked me. This company is unreliable; I would advise against buying from them. Their products are of very low quality, and their customer service is the worst. They don't even deserve one star.
