I bought waterproof leather boots based on their description, which claimed they were leather with a lace-up system. Neither claim was true. The boots arrived made entirely of synthetic rubber with a zip closure. Customer service insisted I return them to China for a refund or accept a 20% refund and keep the boots. When I mentioned they were violating Australian Consumer Law, they were indifferent and still have misleading information on their site. This is clearly fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am currently pursuing other options with my bank to get my money back.
