I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a shirt that was very different from the description and pictures on their website. I paid £35 for a shirt that likely cost pence to manufacture. The colors were not as shown, and the material was cheap and synthetic. They refunded me £7, which was the best I could get after numerous emails. I attempted to return the shirt, knowing I would cover the costs, but they strongly advised accepting the £7 refund instead, claiming returns are a hassle. The return address in China could not be found on the DPD website. They have refused to provide me with contact information to escalate the complaint to the parent company. Unfortunately, this appears to be a complete sham.
