On Thursday 26th February I received an Invoice and once again it was populated by crazy figures for this GOD DAMN SUB METER !!!!!!!!!!!

Net Consumption Used Minus 1550 cube.
Incidentally the 3954 was the same figure on an Invoice Dated 25/02/2025 !!!!!!
I phoned and got a lady who said she couldn't do anything about reversing this invoice as I already had a complaint outstanding.
Fair enough, she tried to get Adam from the complaints department to speak to me but apparently he was in a meeting. He never did phone me on Thursday.
So I phoned again on Friday and asked to speak to Adam. The lady I spoke to told me he was busy. After I asked her as to when I could speak to him she was given the reply from Adam that he would phone me at 3.30pm that afternoon.
It was a lovely day and I could have done with going for a walk to refresh myself after a tough week but I didn't I waited in for Adam's call.
3.30PM CAME AND WENT AND ADAM NEVER DID PHONE. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On Thursday I had the time to look over all the Invoices and Credit Notes and after a full reconciliation a reading for THIS GOD DAMN SUB METER ON 18th February 2025 of 5327 has been missed out on the calculations which means I have been stung for 155 cube costing approx £152.00 !!!!!!!!!
I am aware after a previous telephone call from Adam that John is on holiday and we agreed to wait until John was back.
However after this new Invoice came in with the crazy figures and the missing 155 cube I had discovered I wanted to fully appraise Business Stream of my findings as my Stress Levels and Anxiety had gone through the roof. As a 68 year old Type 2 diabetic high levels of Stress can be lethal. BUT DO YOU REALLY CARE ????
These Invoices and Credit Notes are getting more and more complicated because it cannot cope with the SUB METER. ACTUAL READINGS BI-ANNUAL ARE THE ONLY WAY FORWARD.
HAD ADAM PHONED ME ON FRIDAY AT 3.30PM AS HE SAID HE WOULD THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE WRITTEN THIS ONE STAR REVIEW.
