I recently left BT business at the end of a two year contract and transferred to new provider. "Were sorry your leaving letter"explained everything that we were cancelling..broadband and digital line. We were surprised to read that the " Cloud Voice Express" product would continue at a monthly charge of £24.95 unless cancelled or transferred separately. When i cancel something i expect that the whole package would be cancelled! ? However after a lengthy (nearly 30 mins) phone call to bt business 0800 the product was cancelled. The BT team member seemed to more interested in raising and then subsequently closing a complaint on my behalf. Good bye BT
