New broadband service keeps dropping out. There's mobile back up a delay in the switch means our tills and card machines drop out - not great when there's a queue.
The account log in details I've been given do not work (obviously I've tried lots of times and have copied-and-pasted the temporary password provided) so I can't report the fault online, and when I try to call the call BT the IVR goes dead once I enter my phone number.
Have tried the online chat which is a dead link / leads to a page that just says " {"code":1002,"message":"Item not found: Empty result for site id 55195536"} "
So. my service doesn't work and I've got no way to contact the might BT about it.
