I seriously regret moving my network provider to EE and I'm desperate to leave. They have cost me so much stress, time and money. They are unable to link my phone number to my EE account. Despite spending hours on the phone with customer support, being passed from person to person and given countless false promises, the issue is still not resolved. The other negative reviews here suggest this is a common problem.That means I have to manually call just to receive my bill each month.Recently my phone stopped working and I had to transfer my eSIM to a new phone. With other network providers that would take minutes, but due my EE account being broken, I had to wait 5 days for a QR code to be sent through the post! This has cost me money. Completely impractical for a “business” service. EE, if you are reading this, please let me leave my Sim only contract without penalty as your service is simply broken. You are unable to provide basic account functionality. I would have left within the contract cool-off period had your customer support mislead me into believing the account issue would be resolved 'within 10 days' but months later its still a problem.
