I love the fact that the BLB offers different levels to the business. You can join to broker loans on a full time or part time basis. As you learn more about the business, then should you choose to, you can participate in the loans as a syndicate so that you can participate in the revenue the loans yield. As for me, i joined in Jan. 2024. I closed on my first deal after 2 weeks of joining BLB. How much did I make? Let’s just say that it paid me more than if I would have worked full-time for a month making min wage. Is there competition? Yes. Is it doable. Yes.
