My Voice mail stopped working. I couldn't Press 1 and get access to Voicemail. Meaning missed calls... After months (seriously MONTHS) of muck about by the Network and literally hours and hours waiting on hold while trying to solve with EE - BUT still not being able to solve the problem, instead getting lumbered with Visual Voicemail - which only works 50/50 with my iPhone 5.
I decided to speak to Rishy at Businessmobiles.com.
I told him the problem - he says "leave with me" - so then just left him to it, carrying on with my business. 15 minutes later.. he calls. Fixed.
