Bought tickets the day before departure for 11.15. Then someone starts calling and sending messages less then 2 hours before the new departure time which changed to 10am. So we go to the location just in time. We text a bit with the contact person, which gives us the most useless information not even giving a precise address. Then he starts sending the live location and pictures where the bus should stand, after the bus departed already. Worst service I've ever had, waking us by calling us and then just leaving us behind.... not even a refund or option to go on the next bus with the same tickets.
