I have been getting buster box every month for my dog Kira for the past 4 years. It is always filled with toys and treats that she absolutely loves, and she knows exactly what it is when her box is delivered!
We love buster box I signed up for 6 month subscription and the first two boxes have been amazing! Also came with a bed which my puppy loves. Thank you! I recommend to dog lovers and it gives good ideas on what treats to get your dog and gives you a chance to trial different ones to see what they do and don't like. Also toys are good quality!
I did write a bad review due to the delivery issues and the fact I didn't think it was worth the money. But they have been very helpful with me for cancelling the subscription. So I'm writing a better review. It's all about affordability I suppose. The dog bed I was very happy with my dogs did love it and the treats TBF but I just couldn't see the worth of having to pay £30 a month for 2 bags of treats and 2 toys. Especially after such difficulties with delivery etc
I experienced problems with delivery, and when it finally showed up, it didn’t include the promised free dog blanket. The bed is nice, but I don’t think it's worth £30 a month for six months! I'm really dissatisfied with the service. I would suggest others purchase their own toys and treats for their pets instead of opting for an overpriced subscription.

I've been charged three times but have only received one box. I can't seem to cancel, and it appears they don't have to send anything? I also reached out two months ago for access to the free vet service they offer and still haven't heard back. This is quite literally the worst service I've experienced. There are better options available.
My puppy is a big fan of the subscription box. After inquiring about options for a young puppy, they customized his box to include safe toys and treats. His favorite from the first box is the festive pudding. We are both excited for the next box filled with toys that will entertain him and assist in his training.
