Our family have been using Butternut almost from the time the company began. Our daughters dogs were taste tested for many years. The quality of the food is outstanding and it is easy to change type of food and delivery date. There is a large selection of recipes and we have tried them all. Our three rescues have been brought up on Butternut and wouldn't have anything else.
Easy to use app. Nice to be able to pick and mix meals even up to a few days before delivery. Regular delivery updates. Good choice of menu’s and treats. My dog loves his dinners now and with no upset tummy now.
My dogs absolutely love their meals from butternut box. One of my dogs, Mitzy, is 10 and always had a problem with her bowls, she was constipated all the time, now she doesn't have any trouble going the toilet. My other dog Loki who is 13 stopped eating his dog food a few months before we started with butternut and now he loves his meal times, so we are very grateful for butternut it has made my dogs lives so much better.
Very straight forward to set up. Tatty has had a very sensitive stomach and can only tolerate a fish based diet. She loves the food and won't eat anything else. Only feedback is if you could so some other fish variants.

I have used Butternut Box for the last three years for my four dogs. It’s reassuring to know that my dogs are getting good quality food and that the portion size is correct for them, especially for my senior dog of 17 years, who can’t exercise like she used to. Also the company are good to deal with and service is extremely efficient
Keep on ringing me multiple times a day from a different number each time. I block the number and they ring off a different one. I have told them multiple times to stop ringing however they have rang multiple times every day for two weeks now. Just wanting money.
My 3 year old King Charles spaniel is fussy. She LOVES this food and I know it's packed full of all the things she needs and low fat. Happy dog. Happy dog mum and dad! Great!
I’ve had a really good experience with Butternut Box so far. The meals arrive well packaged and it’s easy to store and serve. My dogs really enjoy the food and I’ve noticed better digestion and more excitement at mealtimes. The quality of the ingredients and convenience make it worth it for us. Overall, I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a healthier option for your dog.
We’ve been using Butternut for about a month now, prior to this my two Westies could only be described as extremely fussy eaters. I happy to report that seems to be a thing from the past. The menu is vast and seems to be extremely well made and my dogs love it.
The website is very good and easy to navigate, if you need to cancel or delay a delivery it’s simple. Packaging is very good and forecasted delivery times are always accurate. To date I am more than happy with the service I’m receiving.
