I love encouraging small businesses

I love encouraging small businesses. I only have positive things to say about my order and Button Amsterdam. My order was shipped out within 1 day of my purchase. Living in Canada, I was fearful of not receiving my order. Once my package was shipped, I was able to follow the step-by-step instructions with DHL tracking. However, once it arrived in Canada, there was no longer any movement on my package. This went on for 2 weeks. I contacted Button Amsterdam, asking them for help. I got an answer within the same day. They were sorry that my package never arrived, and they would re-ship me an identical order at no cost, which was very generous of them. I figure I would wait and see if my original package would show up. I really didn't want the company to lose money by shipping me another order. After another week, there was movement in Canada, and I received my button covers. Yeah! Canada Post was on strike and held on to my package. This had nothing to do with button Amsterdam. I contacted them straight away and told them that my order had arrived and that all 3 sets of button covers purchased were gorgeous and held well on my shirt cuffs. Great service and awesome product!
