I made an offer on an item, which was accepted, and I paid. Then, without any communication, the purchase was cancelled. I emailed the seller with no response. I tried making another offer, but it was rejected, even though the item is still listed. The platform claims a customer satisfaction guarantee, but my experience has been quite the opposite. I reached out to customer support last week and haven’t heard back. It seems like this platform is unresponsive to issues.
