Last Saturday I went to view one of their Cube EMTB’s, was left to take a look myself with no sales pressure and after 5-10 mins sales advisor Lewis came over and filled my brain with a mountain of his knowledge about the particular bike I was looking at. Again without pressure he suggested I could leave a small deposit to hold the bike, but I decided to confirm I wanted it there and then and today I picked it up. So today I picked the bike up, was greeted by Lewis and instead of him just taking my money and sending me on my way, he spent half on hour with me explaining how the bike worked followed by setting up the ride height and suspension so that the bike is literally ready to use! I couldn’t be happier with the whole buying experience, so anyone looking to buy a bike I would highly recommend these guys, Lewis was spot on, but I could also see and hear what was going on around me and the whole team were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Absolute 10/10 for these guys.
