My son wanted to order something from buygag.com, but I was skeptical of the legitimacy of it. I placed an order for my son on June 26 and it took awhile for me to figure out how to claim the item and when I finally did, the item was out of stock. I tried again for a day or so and it finally came back it stock and then getting the item was fairly quick and easy. Since everything worked out fine with my first purchase I was fine with making a second purchase when my son asked again. I placed the order on August 14, and I have yet to get the item. It has said your ordered items are out of stock this whole time. When I try to go through claim.buygag.com it says “Shopify look up failed.” So I don’t know what the issue is. I know there is a banner across the top of claim.buygag.com that’s says there was a large increase in orders so there is a long queue and to expect delays. But 17 days? This is ridiculous. I’ve tried to email official@ buygag.com and mm2loot.contact@ gmail.com and have not received a response. I also noticed that when you click the link for the YouTube video showing how to claim your items, it says that the video has been removed by the uploader. I’ve tried looking at the discord server and saw the announcement about the technical issue with the claim page, but it looks like they posted on July 1 that everything was back up and running. From what I can tell, there has not been another post by the admins since July 10. I tried the claim-order support on there, but it says there are too many tickets and I’m unable to put in a ticket until space opens up. I will be opening up a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back since I am not getting any response from any of the avenues I have tried.
