I am hugely disappointed by their 'services'. It is one thing that the account I bought to play my game with needs to be replaced every 3 months, a detail no one shared with me at the time of purchase. But now I cannot find their live chat anywhere, the place where I always asked for another account. I mean I checked their sites, googled it, nothing.
Oh and the fact that their so-called customer service, instead of helping me, got hurt in their feelings and refused to help me the other time I was complaining about the quality of things they were doing. I am deeply sorry that sports games 1) get worse every year, 2) you cannot buy the older versions legally, 3) I am left with BS providers to play with them, ones that do this to me. Like WTF is wrong with this world.
