Ordered a tumble dryer four months ago which then broke. Engineer came out it couldn’t be fixed so a new appliance was arranged after many many phone calls. Was told I couldn’t have the same appliance and a different one would be delivered and faulty one picked up. The following day the new appliance was delivered but they wouldn’t take the faulty one, I would need to arrange that separately!Anyway unboxed the new appliance to find it totally damaged! I now have two faulty tumble dryers on my very small kitchen! Customer service is absolutely appalling!
