So today I'm specifically aiming this review at their customer service and even more specifically Charlie. I had received my package today only to find my most expensive product to be lets say not near as advertised and Charlie would not give up at all until I was satisfied with the results. Three of my flavors were great but the one I anticipated the most and the one that was most pricey just happened to be the one contaminated. Charlie replied almost instantly and after a few short exchanges he fully satisfied my short comings from my order with a replacement order of a similarly priced flavor of the same size as the other I ordered. This is the same day mind you. I could have given them a poorer rating for messing up the order in the first place but Charlie's willingness to make sure I was a happy customer was unwavering and more than made up for it. Now I have a replacement on its way shortly! Thanks BMW, and Thank you very much Charlie
