I placed my order in October and payment was taken in full at that time. I was told my reformer would be delivered by 27th December, but I have received nothing and have had no communication. Despite sending several emails requesting an update, I have not received any response and do not know where my order is.This was a significant investment for me as I am in the process of starting a small business. After reading other reviews where customers are reporting similar experiences and stating that they believe this company may be a scam, I am now very concerned. I really need someone from the company to get in touch with me to provide an update or resolve this situation.
