Service is as described

Short version. They are quick to make a purchase. Packaging was extremely well. Notable thing is that their service worked despite seller had problem finding the item; which is important because service fee not being refundable, but usable for some other item if they fail to get requested item. Long version. I wanted to buy a CD from Taiwan using their service. For that, I had to register account on their Atlassian portal, and submit the request with item link there. They quickly replied back with a cost breakdown, and asked me do I wish to proceed. Cost included item cost, pre-collected international shipping fee, PayPal fee, and service fee; where pre-collected international shipping fee was an estimate based on Taiwan post prices, with a note that I will be charged more or refunded if pre-collected international shipping fee ends up being different. I replied that I wish to proceed and they sent me an invoice with those costs, with a note that service fee is not refundable. They asked to confirm payment with a message so they can act without delay. I paid quickly, sent them message and they quickly purchased the item. A day later they accidentally sent me someone's else invoice, and I messaged them about it, and they apologized for the error. Since I only paid for the correct invoice, it was resolved quickly. Few days later, they contacted me with a screenshot of message from the seller that seller cannot find the item seller was selling and asked them to cancel the order. They asked do I have something else as a replacement. I had no replacement in mind, so I asked them to refund as much as possible. They refunded the amount with service fee and PayPal fee deducted and said to remember a transaction reference so that I am not charged a service fee again if I ever have something else to purchase via their service. Fortunately, seller eventually contacted them that seller found the item. They asked to send an invoice with item code, pre-collected international shipping fee and PayPal fee; which I agreed. They again asked to confirm payment with a message, and I paid and sent them message. After that, 9 days passed without any comment from them, so I messaged them again has seller shipped the item, and they said that the item will be with them in few days. Their next message was that they are shipping the item and gave me the tracking number. It took few days for tracking number to activate, but after that everything was happening fairly quickly and I received the item packed masterfully.
