My ThermoPro TP829 Wireless Meat Thermometer has been a great product for over a year with no issues until I believe I ruined 2 of the 4 probs. I emailed them with the issue that I may have defected my probs washing them as they stopped reading. Not only did I get a fast response, but I am also very pleased that the company sticks by their product and are sending me a replacement. I was assisted fast and professionally and for not being a recent purchase I was grateful the company was so helpful. I will be looking to purchase their products again in the future.
