These companies are the reason the train network in this country is a joke, they are so unreliable whether it's delays or cancellations due to staffing. I was informed within 24 hours that my return train was cancelled due to staffing, this was my 4th train journey in the last 2 years mind, they are so inconsistent. The trains aren't exactly clean either and are always overcrowded (probably because people are using the next available train due to cancellations). I would rather commute on the train from Snowpiercer.
