Buzzcube is awesome. As a fellow founder, sourcing feedback from your clients is so important. Buzzcube has always been on top of this, annd and at a very affordable price. When stacked against their competitors they outpace both in quality and output volume. We know this because we’ve tested all the entry level providers. We’ve greatly valued our partnership with Buzzcube and intend to keep them around for the long haul. Like all service arrangements you get what you make of it. So if Buzzcube has negative reputation I would imagine this is from people not right-sizing their expectations. At the end of the day, they’re a fulfillment and production shop with people on the other side too. It’s insane and highly admirable to think about their production output and the caliber at which they operate. They’re not going to get everything perfect and production ready, right off the bat, but they have processes in place to work with you until it’s ready to go. If you’re evaluating their services, take them up on their offer and give them a shot.
