BWA was established in 1978 in Burnley, Lancashire originally as Bangladeshi Welfare Association, and then grew into BWA Advice Centre. Since our formation, we have expanded into dealing with all areas of information, advice and guidance work retaining specialisation in policy and engagement with the local community.
