Very negative experience with Bwin.
Since January 2026, I have been reporting a serious issue related to failures in deposit control and account holder verification.
Deposits were accepted without proper validation, including situations where the payment methods did not match the account holder.
At first, I received generic responses from Bwin stating that all procedures were correct. However, after intervention from the Gambling Regulatory and Inspection Service (SRIJ), they completely stopped responding since March 2026, despite several follow-up emails.
This total lack of response in a case involving potential failures in compliance, control, and user protection is unacceptable for a licensed operator.
To this day, I am still waiting for a proper explanation or resolution. I do not recommend this service.
