I am very disappointed with my experience at Bwin. Despite being self-excluded from gambling due to responsible gambling concerns, I was able to deposit and play large amounts over several months without any verification from the casino.
This is a serious failure on Bwin´s part:
-They did not properly verify my identity or the source of funs
-They allowed me to gamble despite my self excusion, which is a fundamental protection for players with gambling issues.
-I lost a significant amount of money( 10000EUROS), which could have been prevented if the proper cheks had been in place.
I tried contacting Bwin to address these issues, but the response was inadequate and the problem remains unresolved.
This experience shows a lack of responsible gambling practises and compliance, and I hope my review warns others and eucourages Bwin to take player protection seriously
