I am sharing my experience with BXB Market to raise awareness for other traders.I deposited approximately USD 16,700 into my trading account. During trading, my account balance showed significant profit, reaching around USD 50,000 at one point. However, I later faced a serious issue where my trade was stopped out, and unexpectedly, the same trade appeared again at a similar price.From my understanding, once a stop-out occurs, the position should be permanently closed. This unusual behavior raised serious concerns about how the platform operates.Additionally, I noticed multiple balance adjustments in a very short time, including large deposits and withdrawals reflected within minutes inside the platform. These transactions did not resemble normal banking or trading activity.When I contacted customer support, I received inconsistent explanations. At one point, I was told certain amounts were deducted due to a chargeback, but no official documentation or reference number was provided.Later, the company offered a settlement agreement. However, the offer was not an actual refund but a trading bonus with strict conditions, along with a requirement to remove complaints and confirm that all issues were resolved.At this stage, my funds have not been properly returned, and I am still seeking a fair resolution.I am posting this to understand if anyone else has experienced similar issues and to encourage others to carefully evaluate before depositing funds.
The previous review was posted by me, but no one reached me about it except my account manager, who is always pushing me to invest again and again. Now, I have closed all my trades with them and submitted a withdrawal request to withdraw my money, Still, my account manager called me and said that to withdraw my money, I need to continue trading and investing, I don't understand this. Account managers are being too aggressive and rude, even if we say them that we cannot afford to invest again and again, they keep pushing us saying that is the requirement with BXB Market, which is ruining the company's reputation. The company is not addressing our complaints sent to complaints email id, they are not address the negative reviews posted, which is making very scary to work with them. Completely no attention to customer grievances.
