After a fall damaged the wheel, I discovered a fracture in the carbon fiber connection. Replacing the part would cost $283, but the repair person advised against it due to safety concerns with the opposite side also being damaged. The company claims it's not under warranty and offers no financial assistance. It's disappointing that a walker can't handle a person of average weight after a fall. I wouldn't recommend this product.
