The rollator itself is fantastic; I've had it for over six months and love it. However, the accessories leave much to be desired. Getting it into the cover for transport is a struggle, and the backrest is cumbersome to attach. The cup holder also doesn't secure well over rough terrain, leading to spills. If the accessories were improved, this would be an exceptional product.
