Woow what a great experience!Two weeks ago I ordered 2 lamps and 4 kitchen chairs at bybespoek. There was an issue with getting tracking codes and I went on livechat to explain this. Within 2 minutes I had a friendly customer agent on the phone explaining me that in their warehouse there was an issue with printing labels and such tracking codes wasn't passed on timely to me automatic. I really appreciate the friendly call so quickly after my request, and the fact he took time to carefully explain me the issue with the printer for labels.After I manually received a tracking a tracking code and the chairs arrived smoothly. I have to say the quality on the chairs are amazing. I ordered 4 wishbone chairs in american ash. I have two similar from Rove Concept, however the quality from byBESPOEK seems to be much higher and the back of the chair is made of one piece ws the quality from Rove Concept that is merged wood. Only issue I have now seen the chairs on sale.I will for sure recommend byBESPOEK customer service, super friendly, quick and by the look for me, better quality than others.
