I had high hopes for my purchase, but it has been nothing but disappointing. I ordered a perfume costing over $500 and paid for overnight delivery for an upcoming trip. The package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I checked with neighbors and staff—nothing. When I contacted customer service, they provided generic responses, telling me to wait and then contact the carrier myself. I've followed up multiple times, but the company refuses to take responsibility or initiate an investigation. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a supposed 'luxury' brand. I’m left with no product, no resolution, and no refund—I'm extremely upset and regret ever ordering from them. I cannot recommend them, especially if you expect reliable service.
