I actually don’t understand the bad reviews, as I got a great service. The dress looks amazing and the quality of the fabric is very high! I was in doubt about my size so ordered both sizes (knowing I had to pay €15 return cost in the Netherlands which is average).It was very easy to return the item and the amount in Klarna was changed within 1,5 weeks.I had some questions about how to iron my dress as the fabric is very delicate so I had a little conversation back and forth with the customer service and after every message I got a reply within a day.Thanks a lot for the amazing dress and the great service 🙏🏼
