I purchased from this company but a month later I was charged again on my card with another email for a second purchase ; I had not knowingly set up any subscription and did not want to purchase the tablets a second time. I tried to contact them via message , several emails over several days and no reply whatsoever. On their site it says that they will reply within 24 hours. I tried to contact them via telephone which was unobtainable. On the website it gives information about how to cancel a subscription but when I attempted it there is no such method to cancel . In the end I had to contact the bank to block future payments. Customer service and support is non existence in my experience. Please be wary . I am not the kind of person to give bad reviews normally and will give credit where it is due , but this is just unacceptable.
