After previously raising concerns about receiving the wrong sized jacket, my request for a full refund has been continuously ignored. Instead, they only offered a 30% discount or the option to return the jacket to a distant location at my own cost, despite acknowledging their mistake. This experience reinforces a negative perception of trustworthiness in certain companies. Unfortunately, this has been yet another encounter with a service that appears to be exploiting customers without any regard for fairness. I will not be making any further purchases from similar services. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
