I still have not received a response related to resending the order that was sent back and the only responses I receive are when I post on this platform. Apologies that I was not aware that there could be additional charges but I would like to receive the item that I paid for so please let me know when it will be sent so I can keep an eye on the package tracker to ensure that the customs is paid. I would like to receive the item for my sons birthday in January.
