I ordered a personalised lookalike, named figure with a "Happy Birthday" brick base - a small, additional item to go atop of my young Nephew's birthday cake; he's 9, Autistic and a big Lego fan! A decorative, plastic box houses and protects the miniature and when opened, the figure looked exactly as described on the website images and the personalisation details were just as I'd requested.
