Hosted a server with them in the past. Keep running into lag and other issues that we shouldn't have been running into with the type of hardware that was supposedly being used. Little to no help was offered until we AFTER we decided to cancel the server and switched to a different server host. Do not recommend. Furthermore, the people running this service seem to be picking petty fights with smaller communities for inquiring about privacy policies, per a recent announcement in their Discord server, which sparked me to finally submit this review to begin with. Very unprofessional and childish.
