I purchased the item once and they signed me up for a subscription without me knowing. Then I got an email from them saying my next order was on the way, I emailed to say I didn't want it and after some back and forth I got a refund. This week they have charged me again for the subscription and I've emailed them a million times about it without a response. There isn't a place on their site you can actually manage your subscription so you really depend on them for it. When I purchased from them originally I thought it was "Vitawell" because that's the name they market under. "Byvitawell" is a separate thing and I'm convinced it's a scam.
