Registered for this account paid just under £10 thinking I’d only paid for one month. Tried to delete my account the day I signed up. It wouldn’t let me. I naively thought payments wouldn’t continue. Then have been charged £39 today for a month payment. I’ve tied to delete my account again and it’s not possible. Can somebody from the team please help me delete my account and direct debit. I don’t want to be paying £39 every month for something I do not use. Thank you.
