I signed up for C-date in December 2024. It has member profiles who don't respond. I assume they are not real.I notified c-date emailing them to cancel my subscription in accordance with their instructions and in advance according to their T's & C's.They did not reply. They then took £39.90 from my PayPal account for the following months subscription, so I canceled the direct debit and advised their service contact of their illegal collection from my PayPal account. They didn't respond.They have sent me emails for payment plus additional costs that I have ignored.their collection team SVEA have sent me a letter through the post demanding payment and more cost.I have no idea how they got my full name and address.I have replied asking them to stop and return my £39.90I very much doubt that I will get a reply and I will respond with legal action if they continue to harass me.DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. They need to be closed down
