I have seen quite a bit of negativity here. I signed up for the premium service and was charged for one month £9.96, although the number of members are pretty less to be honest, that's why have initially decided to cancel and sent the cancellation form via the link on the website. I hope they will process my cancellation soon.Might come back soon if the number of members increase. they need to work a bit more on the service I suppose
