I sent and email on the 7th of May explaining I want to cancel my subscription they’re claiming I didn’t tell them and they’ve referred my account to a debt collection agency. Let me make this absolutely clear I will not be paying a penny to them and will fight it in civil court if I have to. Please review your emails and see that I did cancel within the time frame furthermore this form you mentioned is nowhere to be found your site is a scam!
