Scam company. I didn't even sign up to this, my credit card instantly flagged this up and blocked all further payments. Now I am getting text's from a company called CARS. (They can't even be bothered to send letters out or someone to my address to collect the money). Good luck trying to get any money from me, I know full well that a 'contract' defined by law has to be signed or agreed by both parties, I have not given consent for this. My advice to anyone is to ignore all letters as they no legal power to carry out any of the threats they put forward. The letters are designed to scare people into paying something that they don't have to. None of the letters are passed through a real Court as they won't have any court seals on them. If you are worried please call the company and just ask for proof of claim and full details of the contract. They will never ever give this to you as they don't have it. All they offer you is ways to pay them money.
