totally agree with all the complaints signed up for one month to try it on a promotion decided to cancel two weeks in I was told I could only cancel 2 days before subscription was due to end there's a delete section on the website that doesn't work the only way you can cancel is by fax or mail to make it as difficult as possible I now supposedly owe 303 euros I've told them I'm willing to dispute it in court your not getting a penny off me I've contacted a solicitor and ready to meet you in court I suggest everyone does the same I've also been told to report them to action fraud please whatever you do stay away from these crooksthis is my reply my question is if you can sign up online why cant you cancel online a don't say you can because you can't I've expressed I want to cancel on numerous emails but my account says its temporarily suspended I want it closed ASAPone star is to much for this company I'm beginning to think this company is run by robots not real people because real people other then thieves would understand me
