I used this website one time for about ten minutes. I cancelled (or so I thought) the account straight away. I then get a email saying I owe £50 as I signed up for a premium account which I did not. I’m unable to go back into my account until I pay the £50. I’ve emailed their customer service team but have not received a reply. Shocking company and i advise anyone to stay away from them. By the looks of everyone else’s reviews my nightmare has just begun.In reply to your message. How am I supposed to cancel again as you won’t let me log in without paying £50? I’m not paying £50 to cancel when I’ve already done so. So how am I supposed to do this???
