Writing this here from spending 30minutes reading the horrible reviews about the site. Signed up earlier on today for a 1-month membership. Have gone through many lengths to cancel my premium subscription, both via writing an email to the support team and using their “easy” portal on the homepage. Received automated confirmation emails saying that my subscription is being cancelled and so is my account…based off these reviews I am not trusting it.I have emailed asking for written confirmation of my account deletion and subscription cancellation.Not going to allow them to take another penny from me Will update as I learn more, wanted to write here as to share the word ///UPDATE///They have come back to me today saying the membership subscription has been confirmed to be cancelled. Shared via email it will not renew and no more payments will come out.Based off these reviews I will keep an eye out. Process of cancelling - request to delete account, send email explaining it to customer services - log out, go to the bottom of their home page and see “cancel membership”, go through those steps - should get a confirmation from both method, go back to them and explain you know their process and have done everything to cancel. - await their confirmation. - see if any more money comes out
