Disgraceful company. I cancelled my membership in November, I had a feeling they hadn't deleted it properly, so I sent an email asking for confirmation. That email was ignored. It is now March and they've carried on charging me for December, January and February. I've had to cancel payments through the bank, as I've tried to cancel it legitimately but they still keep taking money. I've now had an email from them and their debt collectors asking for payment for this month. I've paid it, cancelled my account with them again the other day, only to find today my profile is back on their site again!!!I've emailed them asking for a refund for from now backdated to November. Again this email has been ignored and I now have their debt collection company demanding an activation fee.Please avoid these criminals at all costs!!!!
