Definitely a scam. Site was full of fake profiles. When I tried cancelling the account my log in details would work for logging into my account, yet those same details kept showing as incorrect when entering them to cancel the account. Emailed C-Date regarding the matter and they insisted the only way to cancel was online by entering your details. Went round in circles for a while. I insisted they closed the account and received nothing from them for 3 months so assumed it had been done. All of a sudden a £250 collections notice through the door. Will be seeking advice from my bank and trading standards. Impossible to cancel, no help from customer services, ridiculous collections charge to follow.
