Purchased 1 month premium and automatically got charged the next month £40. Sent 2 emails of cancellation, filled 2 forms of cancellation on their website and no response. Luckily I’ve used PayPal so I was able to cancel the automatic payment. I’m currently on a dispute with them on PayPal but they still don’t respond . All I’ve got was only automated replies that my cancellation request was received…I have also deleted my online profile on their website and they replied that they working on it….
